Software Development Kit (SDK)
This section gives an overview of
the different parts of the SDK for
the ETRAX 100LX chip. The documentation found in this section discuss the
unified developer board SDK release 2.00 and later. For
documentation on earlier releases take a look on the
old documentation page.
| Install the SDK |
|
The first
step is to install

Then it is
time to learn some more about how the SDK is intended to
work.
|
| Learn to develop on the
ETRAX platform |
|
We have written some guides
about application and driver development on the ETRAX
platform. It is also recommended that you take a look at
the recommended
reading links.

A great deal of effort has gone into making this
documentation as correct as possible. The information here is
provided "as is", without warranty or guarantee of
any kind. To be on the safe side, always contact
us if you are in doubt.
NOTE: Support
for ETRAX FS is not included in the latest SDK release (2.01).
A how-to guide together with a beta release of the compiler is
available on the
Axis Developer Wiki. A new SDK release in
late Q1 2006 will include full support for ETRAX FS.
