ACAP version 4.15.2 – June 5, 2026

Overview

This service release focuses on improving the build experience and introducing manifest schema version 2, while maintaining security and stability through updates based on the latest AXIS OS 11.11 LTS version. The release contains:

• ACAP Native SDK 1.15.2

Device software:

• Minimum AXIS OS version: 11.11.205

  • New versions

• Build tooling:
  • The SDK now automatically sets the manifest schema version to the latest supported version within the current SDK major version when validation is enabled, simplifying the build process.
  • When using manifest schema v2, the SDK will automatically set the packageConf.setup.compatibleOsVersions.min field to the AXIS OS version on which the SDK was based. For example. for SDK 1.15.2, it will set it to 11.11.
• ACAP documentation:
  • New migration guide from manifest schema version 1 to 2.
  • Updated migrating from package.conf to manifest.json guide.

Changes

• Updated dependencies and libraries to match AXIS OS 11.11.205.
• Minor API version alignments for improved compatibility.
